APPLICATIONS

To apply for a certificate you have to fill out the relevant form and send it to the Secretariat via e-mail at mscads@central.ntua.gr or by fax at 210-772 3450.

To issue a certificate

It takes at least two (2) days for the certificate to be issued.

After the certificate is issued, you are being notified by the Secretariat via e-mail.

(for graduates only)

The first two certificates from the acquisition of the Diploma are issued without fee. For any other certificate a fee issued from the accounts department of NTUA is required.


To develop the Postgraduate Thesis
Prerequisite to apply for the development of the Postgraduate Thesis is to owe up to two (2) postgraduate courses.

Applications should be submitted in the given dates of each examination period according to the academic calendar (cf. dates of the academic calendar).


To apply to the Special Interdepartmental Committee (SIC) of the Programme

Applications to the Special Interdepartmental Committee (SIC) of the Programme are submitted to the Secretariat and are examined in the upcoming meeting of the SIC.

Enrollment

The enrollments in ADERS Programme are being held in the beginning of each semester in the given dates (cf. dates of the academic calendar). All postgraduate students have to enroll either they wish to attend postgraduate courses or they are already in the process of developing their postgraduate thesis. The courses application form needs to be signed by the academic consultant of the postgraduate student.

Academic ID

All students can apply for the academic id throughout the year.They will be receiving their academic id after having applied to a specifically formed platform following the instructions given (http: submit-academicid.minedu.gov.gr).

Valid as a student pass, though, ensuring discount (e.g. in transportation, artistic events etc), is only the academic id of those who don’t already have another MSc title and for as long as their studies last, according to the Programme.

If studies are for any reason interrupted, the academic id is being cancelled and must be returned to the Secretariat.

Graduation

In order to graduate from the Programme it is required:

  • To be successfully examined in 10 postgraduate courses.

  • To be successfully examined in the Postgraduate Thesis.
  • To submit to the Secretariat the following:
    • An electronic version (in word file, not pdf) of the abstract of the Postgraduate Thesis. The abstract must include the full title of the Thesis as well as the full name of the student.

    • Two Certificates from the Library of NTUA: one stating that the student does not have any obligation towards the Library and another one confirming the submission of the thesis both electronically and in hard copy.
